Frederick died in 1951 from hypostatic pneumonia after fracturing his left hip. Peter Galambos and his wife, a Hungarian-born couple who survived the war, lived in the house in 1962. By 1963, they attempted to put it on the market. It sold to Francis Held in 1965, and sold again in 2003 for $25,000, before selling again in 2021 for $535,000.
